1. Acceptance of Terms

- You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling addiction support programme that restricts your access to gambling services.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 62bet or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or game providers.
3. Account Registration

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
62bet enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. You may not hold more than one active account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Each account must be registered in the player's own legal name.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
- All activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
- You must notify 62bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- 62bet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain features.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 62bet platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 62bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independent of 62bet.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. 62bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission.
- The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
- Funds deposited into your 62bet account must be used for wagering. Depositing funds for the sole purpose of transferring them without wagering is not permitted.
- 62bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds must be returned to an account held in the registered player's own name.
- In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, 62bet may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation and may refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
62bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, which are detailed in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. Players must read and understand the specific terms applicable to any bonus before accepting it.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who meet the stated requirements at the time of the offer.

- 62bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already incurred.
- Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other schemes — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the 62bet platform are subject to the rules and procedures established by the respective game providers. In the event of a conflict between any general platform rule and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game.
62bet uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games and certified live-studio infrastructure for live dealer games. The outcomes of games cannot be manipulated by 62bet, any game provider, or any player. 62bet is not liable for technical malfunctions originating from a third-party game provider's infrastructure beyond 62bet's control.
- Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled.
- In the event of a system error or connectivity failure during gameplay, 62bet will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly, in accordance with the relevant game provider's procedures.
- Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the accepted odds are fixed.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or identification information.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime.
62bet employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of suspected illegal activity. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will be frozen pending review and may be permanently forfeited.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
62bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 62bet support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
9. Responsible Gaming
62bet is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
- Session time reminders: receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend access to betting and gaming features for a chosen duration.
- Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform, effective immediately upon activation.
10. Privacy and Data

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the express written permission of 62bet.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 62bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
62bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content on it. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party provider failures may temporarily affect platform availability; 62bet will endeavour to minimise such disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
13. Amendments to These Terms
62bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 62bet will post a notice on the platform and update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
